2 min read

The 31st round of the Campeonato Brasileiro produced a three-way tie at the top of the ge prediction game. Fred Bruno, Gato Mestre and Tropa ge each called six correct results, which was enough to share the round’s best score.

Felipe Diniz and Tiago Medeiros were not far behind, each with five correct picks, which left them in a tie for the next tier.

Gato Mestre Keeps the Overall Lead

The round did little to shake up the standings. Gato Mestre stays on top of the overall table with 145 points, while Tropa ge sits just behind on 142.

Botafogo Win Was Unanimous

Every participant backed Botafogo to beat bottom-placed Chapecoense 1-0, making it the most widely predicted result of the round.

Mirassol’s 2-0 victory over Internacional was another game that many players got right. Seven participants called it correctly, and Kelly Costa was the only one who predicted a draw.

Flamengo and São Paulo Picks

Among the three round winners, only Gato Mestre predicted Flamengo’s 3-0 win over Bahia, with the league leaders extending their advantage on the field. The same group also stood apart on São Paulo’s 1-0 win over Vasco, where Gato Mestre was the only participant to pick the home side.

Games With Fewer Correct Calls

Three matches produced only two correct predictions each. Fred Bruno and Kelly Costa backed Athletico-PR’s 2-0 defeat to Palmeiras, Fred Bruno and Tropa ge called Remo’s 1-1 draw with Bragantino, and Fred Bruno and Tiago Medeiros were right about Corinthians’ 1-1 draw with Vitória.
